Below is a list of renter requirements.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of Property insurance coverage and name Ziegler Inc. as a Loss Payee per requirements or\u00a0Rental Equipment Protection\u00a0coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of Liability Insurance coverage and name Ziegler Inc. as an Additional Insured per requirements<\/li>\n<li>Service and maintain machine as specified in Lube and Maintenance Guide.<\/li>\n<li>Provide all wearable supplies such as: fuel, oil, filters, and ground engaging tools (i.e., cutting edges, teeth and tips, bits, blades, consumables).<\/li>\n<li>Return machine full of fuel. (A fuel charge will be assessed if not returned full of fuel.)<\/li>\n<li>Clean machine. (A cleaning charge will be assessed if machine is returned dirty.)<\/li>\n<li>Repair or replace any damages incurred to machine including glass. (A charge will be incurred for any and all damage.)<\/li>\n<li>A charge will be incurred for abnormal tire wear, including: cuts, punctures, and abrasions.<\/li>\n<li>A charge will be incurred for any accessories not returned.<\/li>\n<li>A charge will be incurred for equipment returned beyond the specified rental period, or for any hours of use beyond those allotted for specified rental period.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery charges are the responsibility of the rental customer.<\/li>\n<li>Rates do not include applicable sales tax or insurance coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Additional charges may be incurred if machine is exposed to severe application or material.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to and decontamination of hazardous materials and substances is the responsibility of the rental customer. It shields you from being held responsible for most causes of damage to equipment you are renting. In the event of a loss, the REP will cover the replacement or repair of the damaged equipment. Proof of Liability Insurance is required, see all\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zieglerrental.com\/customer-responsibilities\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1641\">customer responsibilities<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p>REP is All Risk, which means the damage or loss is covered unless\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zieglerrental.com\/rental-equipment-protection-exclusions\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1650\">specifically stated as excluded<\/a>. Some examples of damage or loss covered by REP includes:<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Accidental damage<\/li>\r\n<li>Collision<\/li>\r\n<li>Vandalism<\/li>\r\n<li>Tornado<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Hail<\/li>\r\n<li>Theft<\/li>\r\n<li>Fire<\/li>\r\n<li>Flood<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Overturns<\/li>\r\n<li>Falling objects<\/li>\r\n<li>Wind<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffc500;\">BENEFITS<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p>While REP is required for customers who do not have existing rental coverage, it is a value-added option for customers who do. Here\u2019s why:<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Because REP is separate from your own equipment coverage, claims will not affect your property and casualty premiums.<\/li>\r\n<li>The straightforward All Risk coverage makes for hassle-free claims.<\/li>\r\n<li>If equipment is damaged while rented, you are not liable to pay diminished value.<\/li>\r\n<li>REP stays in effect as long as the equipment is rented.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffc500;\">PER MACHINE DEDUCTIBLE<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p>The REP deductible is applied per machine rented. In the event of loss or damage* to your rental equipment eligible under the All Risk coverage, you pay the deductible towards repair or replacement costs and the coverage pays the rest, up to $500,000 per incident.<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>$1,000 deductible for machines valued up to $25,000<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,500 deductible for machines valued over $25,000<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p>* If equipment is damaged while on rent, contact your Ziegler Rental Coordinator immediately. Failure to report serious damage could invalidate the REP agreement.<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">RENTAL EQUIPMENT LIABILITY\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ffc500;\">WHAT IS IT<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h2><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>$1,000,000<\/strong> liability coverage for renters without sufficient liability coverage.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>This liability coverage gives the dealer an additional layer of protection in the event that damages are caused by the renter.
